the last week

yep the last week was nuts, with the lead up to chrissy and all. I spent 3 whole days on my bum, on a lounge listening to Jurassic Park 1,2 & 3 no watching mind you as I was busy stitching. I would tell hubby every afternoon that I'd stitched all day and indeed I had, I was attempting my second only cross stitch project, the first being a motif for a card. So this was a rather ambitious next project to say the least especially as it was to be hubby's chrissy present.........agh it had to be perfect, no pressure mind you. By the end I couldn't hold a needle if I tried and went to bed with aching hands and arms, but it was worth it. When we had chrissy tree on the day in question the delight on his face was all that I needed to know I'd done good. I knew he'd love it.................see pic ..........toodle pip
